I’m Raphaël Sandoz, founder of Sandoz Consultancy Services.

Over the past 13+ years, I’ve held sales leadership roles from early-stage tech startups to large publicly traded companies, across industries such as life sciences, agritech, engineering consulting, and coaching.

As both a mechanical engineer and an alpinist, my view of sales is shaped by two disciplines. From engineering, I’ve learned that success comes from designing creative ways to attract clients and building efficient, repeatable processes that deliver consistent results. From mountaineering, I’ve learned that reaching a sales target is like climbing a peak: it requires courage, resilience, teamwork, and the clarity to stay focused on the summit to safely complete the journey back to the valley.

I founded this consultancy to share these principles with business owners, startup founders, and sales professionals who want to achieve sustainable growth while staying true to what makes their business unique.
